1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

2. Counter-Notice for Removed Content

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include the following:

  1. Your Contact Information

    • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the Material

    • Describe the content that was removed and its location before removal (e.g., the URL of the shortened link).
  3. Statement of Good Faith

    • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to Jurisdiction

    • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction]), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.
  5. Your Signature

    • A physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringers

Ricklinks has a policy of terminating user accounts that repeatedly violate copyright law or these Terms of Use. If you believe an account has repeatedly posted infringing material, please notify us with sufficient evidence.


4. Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. Please ensure that your claims are accurate and submitted in good faith.
